Did Jehovah choose the Watchtower organization to be His sole channel in 1919?

The following was inspired by the excellent book "In Search of Christian Freedom" written by former governing body member Ray Franz.Ok.I haven't read the book in its entirety, but so far it's superb. He inspires me to want to share his thoughts with JW's even before I finish his books.I really think Yah has used this man to reach them!(and also me who WAS one of them)All book quotes are from him.

JW's claim that in the year 1919 God inspected the earth and chose them to be his sole channel because of the kind and quality of food they were dispensing.Needless to say, there were many false dates being set and propagated as well as teachings that have since necessitated new light to shine upon their folly. So I guess I'll ask the JW's,if God was so willing to designate such a flawed and error prone people as his prophet and sole channel/organization,why not just anyone?Love covers a multitude of sin.Perhaps God could've found those fellowships freely giving to the poor irregardless of religious affiliation and caused light to shine on them grandly.But,no.God supposedly chose those falsely prophesying in his name and misusing the bible who he knew would be taking the place of his Son in the lives of thousands, soon to be millions,as their way, truth and life.Right?Men who decided you can't be saved without THEM even though this is a blasphemous concept that contradicts the bible explicitly. What would Jesus have said to Paul if Paul said to Christ's sheep"You can't be saved without me nor understand anything without me?"

1 Corinthians 3:4:For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

Yes,my friends, following Christ without a rich corporation and superimposed extra mediators is sufficent.

The publication "The Finished Mystery" is heralded by the WT society as some milestone event and touted as the kind of spiritual food that the Master found worthy to make the writer thereof and the organization that writer created his sole channel and prophet.Yet,amazingly enough,as Ray says in his book ,to reprint even a small portion of it today would prove painfully embarrassing due to its nonsensical material. Also amazingly, this publication led to a trial in Federal court and subsequent imprisonment of Rutherford and other Society officials, which now the WT presents as an event of great prophetic importance. In other words, the WT organization today, despite being too ashamed to even publish The Finished Mystery because they know it's full of nonsense, insists that men went to prison for it to fulfill something in scripture,as if going to prison for a pack of lies and nonsense is a genuine fulfillment of holy prophecy. As if Jesus chose men to be his prophets because they wrote a book that would soon become too antiquated and nonsensical to even be read.So the quality of food Jesus required in order to identify who he would select as his channel was rotten and tainted,if the WT assertion that he really chose them is correct of course.

Also in occurrence at the time inspections occurred and the WT was chosen? The public lecture "Millions Now Living will NEVER Die."An entire worldwide campaign propagated this lie,yet Jesus chose the people doing so as his prophet, supposedly. They said 1925 would be the start of the Millennium,in fact calling it a "positive" and "indisputable" conclusion.-("Millions Now Living will never Die" p.97)..Is this what one could honestly deem healthy "spiritual food at the proper time?"And isn't that what it would've HAD to have been deemed to legitimize the WT's claim that at that time,Jesus ACTUALLY chose them because they were serving TRUE spiritual food,as opposed to false prophecies(which was the reality)? In other words, there was no good reason to choose the WT society as his sole channel because the food it was dispensing was unhealthy lies.

"It would be an insult to Christ Jesus to say that he selected this organization on the basis of what it was teaching ,uniquely and distinctively,as of 1919.An abundance of words flowed out that later proved embarrassing to remember, along with a rash of new time prophecies that proved as erroneous as the past ones.Even the hard school of experience seemed to have taught them no lesson."p.145 "In Search of Christian Freedom" by Ray Franz

Christian author and former JW Ron Frye noted that the JW's described THEMSELVES during the time period of Jesus's supposed inspection as having "unclean garments",being contaminated with apostasy, wrong practices, characteristics that were "weedlike",having fear of man,and "selling themselves" because of those wrong practices.Needless to say, this creates a paradoxical situation where, as Ray says, "Here the newly enthroned king,Jesus Christ,is supposed to be evaluating the FAITHFULNESS and DISCRETION of this organization and at the same time they are to be found following a course like that which brought apostate Israel into Babylonish captivity!..Inexpicably,in 1919,when they are said to have "returned from Babylon,"they were still believing and practicing the identical things that are supposed to have made them UNCLEAN and which led to their captivity!"p.146-147 "In Search of Christian Freedom"

Why WOULD Jesus,a perfect holy being, choose indiscreet and unfaithful men,by their own admission in so many words,as his faithful and discreet slave sole channel? And why when he did (as if he REALLY did!) did they proceed to propagate false prophecies and lies if he was directing their movements and writings and words? Is Jesus a liar, indiscreet and unfaithful, tainted and lacking discernment?

Because of the incomprehensibility of all this considering the successive erroneous predictions and speculations(some even made from studying pyramid measurements) and the society's admission of being unclean and apostate, that Jesus would actually then glorify them to the lofty privilege of handling ALL his interests worldwide despite their ridiculous indiscretion,I think a quote from author Ron Frye who Ray quotes in his book is perfectly apropos:

"That's like going to a businessman who, through his own foolishness got himself into financial difficulty and lost a good deal of your money, having to declare bankruptcy, and your then saying to this businessman "Well done! You lost a small fortune of mine,so now I am going to entrust my whole fortune into your hands."

As Ray says, that is the essence of what they claim Christ actually did.

And I know JW's will say God chose them to REFINE them despite all their faults,as if truth actually needs refined and isn't somehow simply stated in scripture. The texts you use as JW's to prove your points, about the light getting brighter and people being refined for good works to excuse your errors while showcasing everyone else's as worthy of destruction, have to do with people's journeys individually as Christians and God by his spirit ,as opposed to by means of a corporate publishing company and a few select men, perfecting them as much as can be done when they're in his Son,as opposed to members of an organization who tell them they cannot even be in His Son.

JW's also like to compare themselves to the first century disciples who they say were full of errors and faults, which is true. But the difference is,those apostles had questions. They listened to Christ when he spoke and corrected them. They truly repented. They never set dates when Christ said it was only up to his father to know them, and they didn't claim when they were speculating that to question them was the equivalent to questioning God as his prophets..did they?Did they claim that you needed them to be saved?Did they claim that they were the mediators between Christ and men?Did they cause deaths of anyone, cease to repent, make excuses and form a small group of men to lord it over millions in a legally established wealthy corporation/publishing entity?Did they forbid independent bible study and false prophecy to the entire world repeatedly over and over or EVER?Be honest with yourself.

The WT society says only the priests and kings, the minute minority of JW's who are anointed according to them while the rest of them cannot be,are the faithful and discreet slave,as a class.Interestingly, only a very few of those REALLY are. There is no attention given to almost all of their anointed members for opinions or anything else in regards to this spiritual food dispension. It's a VERY elite group, just a literal FEW men to be exact. So their assertion that ALL anointed men in the organization are the slave class dispensing food is an outright lie,yet JW's don't even seem to think about it.Although it is an obvious anomaly and serious fiction.

To quote Ray:
"The fact is that not even 1 percent of the number of anointed ones have the slightest part in determining what JW's receive in the way of biblical material or in the forming of policy or the directing of the activities of the people."p.154

"The Governing Body is said to act as spokesman for all these anointed ones and a spokesman is beholden to a larger body of persons whom he represents ...not the reverse as the WT society has it.How can the Governing Body speak for the body of "anointed" ones unless it knows accurately what they are thinking? One would expect the governing body to be keenly and intensely interested in their thoughts on any and all spiritual matters ,on teaching and on the way the preaching activity is carried on.But what do we find?NO PROVISION is made for communication with the "anointed" members of the "faithful and discreet slave" class."p.158

Ray then goes on to say that although there may be some anointed people at Bethel headquarters in Brooklyn, they are never interviewed and rarely talked to about matters of any weight.YET the WT constantly publishes that ALL the anointed have been supposedly trusted with all their master's goods? How so?As a JW,how loudly does this ring with honesty and integrity for you? What do YOU think about the fact that the organization heralds the false claim that the entire anointed class are your faithful and discreet class yet just a literal few of them have anything to do with actually feeding you?

In their publications,JW's apply the parables to every single anointed Christian(examples:ALL anointed Christians individually attend the wedding feast, are expected to have their lamps ready, are entrusted with their master's valuables etc.!),except of course the faithful and discreet slave parable where the tenable reality is that the food is dispensed and crafted by just a literal few of them no matter what they say to gloss over that fact, expecting their followers to just either ignore it or not to really care I suppose. But the inconsistency is inexplicable.

If one actually accepts the society's weak explanations, one of which is that the anointed not on the governing body makes a contribution to the "building up of the body",then, as Ray asks,"What, then,is DISTINCTIVE about the contribution of these "anointed" outside the authority structure that causes the parable to be fulfilled IN THEM but NOT in the "non-anointed" Witnesses?"p.163

Also,I would add to that..Where is the justification for almost all of the anointed to not have a real sharing in what the WT considers the actual spiritual food dispension, since that is what they tout as the fulfillment of the parable itself?Makes no sense. It's a real disparity.

Jehovah's Witnesses/Watchtower rant about an "operation of error."

This blog was partially inspired by Don Cameron's book "Captives of a Concept."It is a small book, only as big as a large magazine, that is a MUST READ for JW's.

Their repeated warnings about former witnesses whom they like to call "apostates" ,turns out to be WT propaganda that does not protect JW's from being misled.Rather,it prevents them from noticing that they are already being misled, not by those they DISTRUST the most OUTSIDE the organization but by those they trust the most INSIDE their organization.-Don Cameron "Captives of a Concept" p.9

"If we entertain the false reasoning of such ones, our confidence in Jehovah's Word of truth, the Bible, can be weakened and our faith can die."March 1,2002 p 11 WT

2 Thes 2:10 and with every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth that they might be saved. 11 So that is why God lets an operation of error go to them, that they may get to believing the lie

JW's won't hesitate to apply the above to those who have LEFT the organization because the organization is THEIR "truth."

However,Jesus Christ is the truth! When men contradict HIM and label you for listening to those who only want you to listen to him as apostates and evil then the problem isn't the people outside the organization, but rather those within it.If you take more pleasure in the words and doctrines of men that contradict Christ's, then an operation of error will overtake you. When I personally preferred trusting these men implicitly rather than reading the bible alone prayerfully, mistakenly believing I couldn't know anything without them, instead of simply trusting God's spirit and Son,I had an operation of error. It is against Jehovah's principles to to allow any man or organization to take Christ's place in your life,to assume you can't do anything in Jehovah's service or in relation to actually learning truth without THEM.As if God and Christ and God's spirit cannot reveal more truth to you at all times than a magazine with flickering light, unmerciful policies, and a history of false prophecy, flip flops, and self exaltation to Christ's very place as your way to salvation..

I understand some are disfellowshipped for gross unrepentant sin. That is one thing.Leaving for conscientious Christian matters regarding certain bible truths being ignored by the society(as well as simple recognition that these men are not mediators & that there's a history of bloodguilt, hypocrisy, and false prophecy etc.) is another entirely, and it is absurd to label those who are Christian as "apostate" just because they know they don't need men to save them.Apostate from what?Certainly not the truth since that is Jesus! So no one needs to "come back to the truth" if they never left him and his father.

JW's,because of WT propaganda and relentless repetition in their literature, get hounded with belief systems and certain untruths that become acceptable and real to them because these men instill fear and use smooth rhetoric.I don't think they do it maliciously.I think they're captives of the same concept their followers are..that God is ACTUALLY using this organization. In spite of any glaring evidence to the contrary. That's where this operation of error comes into play. When Yah witnesses men taking the roles that belong only to Christ and people following them happily and trusting their literature over holy scripture,He allows deception.Just like he would for a trinitarian or a hellfire adherent who prefers tradition and manmade commentaries that isolate passages, rejecting hebrew thought and explicit truth and the words of Christ himself. This operation of error is very real and very scary. When we're deceived,we don't know we're deceived. This is where I urge everyone to read and believe Christ. To trust God's spirit. To care more about truth than comraderie and social acceptibility. To put Christ on a pedestal above even your family and friends. If you don't,you aren't worthy of him.It sounds harsh and is hard.It is downright devastating to be an outsider to those you love the most, but it's worth it.

In the book "Captives of a Concept,"Don Cameron points out that members are captives to cults because they believe particular men are God's chosen individuals.Similarly,JW's believe the WT organization is God's chosen organization. As if this is actually scriptural. That whatever it says and does is what God would say and do.Which is ridiculous upon examination considering they tell so many lies.I say lies confidently because many of their doctrines aren't Christ's,but rather in detrimental opposition to his bold and wonderful words and invitations that men should NOT be able to tell you aren't meaningful for you personally in a tenable way.

"I try in my own mind and heart to understand the feelings of all JW's,including those of the Governing Body.Based on my own 60 yrs. experience among them I believe that they are,in effect, the captives of a concept. The concept or mental images they have of "the organization" seems almost to take on a personality of its own,so that the concept itself controls them, moves them,or restrains them,by molding their thinking, their attitudes, their judgments..The concept of the "organization" becomes ,in fact, the dominant, controlling force."-Ray Franz "Crisis of Conscience p.296

This is where real discernment comes in as a JW.How do you view this organization? Can it save you?Is it your Messiah? Can you know God without it?If not,why not?Why do you think the organization is "the truth?"Is it really the truth if it doesn't conform to Christ's teachings 100 percent? Can truth be mixed with a heap of lies? Can good moments and truths mixed with a heap of lies negate all the lies?If so,wouldn't any place of worship be appropriate?

JW's are captives of this concept, and, in my opinion, victims of "an operation of error",& so they won't be able recognize all that is ACTUALLY wrong with the organization.Thoroughly convinced that they are that God speaks through these few men in NY,no matter how many times these men have been in error or at fault for something seemingly in my opinion unforgivable,as I have witnessed no humble repentance, which requires humble admittance of error and a cessation thereof..And just to make sure you don't leave if you do recognize what's wrong, the society publishes guilt trips like this one that JW's are generally bound to buy into because they're captives of the concept that the organization is God's sole channel:

"If we have become thoroughly convinced that this is Jehovah's organization that he is guiding and directing his people,we should NOT BE UNSETTLED BY ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS..If we really have faith we will know that if something is wrong,God will straighten it out eventually."-May 1,1957 WT

Again, the implication here is that God actually works through this organization and will straighten them out.If they can't even recognize Christ as their sole mediator and remove themselves from that position,I'm not sure how God can help them.First, they have to listen to His Son.This logic also makes me wonder why attendance at any church isn't ok if we're allowed to just wait things out till things are corrected and the truth eventually gets revealed. How can one be chosen as sole channel if they're as full of lies as any other group? The salvation issues are rather simple and JW's deny many of them. That is not ok when you're Christian, nor is it faithful and discreet.

You're considered spiritually immature and an unacceptable association by JW's if you question anything at all in their literature as if it's actually inspired. That's what I call labelling people for no good reason, treating the flock with anything but tenderness, and being merciless as opposed to forgiving and understanding, which they certainly expect people to do with them.Yet they aren't willing to afford the same sentiments or fairness and kindness to others.JW's are supposed to freely forgive the organization that cannot and will not freely forgive them, over trivial nonessential matters oft times. That's because of legalism,my friends.

Matthew 23:4:They bind up heavy loads and put them upon the shoulders of men, but they themselves are not willing to budge them with their finger.

"If we have once established what instrument God is using as his "slave" to dispense spiritual food to his people, surely Jehovah is not pleased if we receive that food as though it might contain something harmful. We should have confidence in the channel God is using."Feb.15 1981 WT

The WT has essentially made themselves indispensable to JW's and their hope of salvation.JW's love Jehovah(I know I sure did and do more now that I can serve him without men controlling my thinking and getting in Christ's way!) and fear disappointing him in any way.And their being captive to this organizational concept makes them actually listen to words like these as if this spiritual food is the food they need to inherit eternal life, found in the WT literature. And how dare one of them question anything in it as possibly harmful!Who would want to displease God in such a fashion, right? This is where discernment must be used, again. If the literature is misleading you, that means it isn't written by Yah through men in NY.What we CAN be confident of is that the bible IS inspired and that as Chritsians we should not question it.But there's nothing in the bible about not being allowed to question anything else written by men,is there?Slaves who are neither faithful nor discreet, who contradict scripture, who take the place of Christ in the lives of millions of people are NOT faithful and discreet slaves.Faithful and discreet slaves are Christ's slaves who care for their fellow slaves and handle the word of truth aright,as opposed to eradicating it's application to the vast majority of people, who look after one another and feed whoever they can spiritually and even materially when possible, irregardless of religious affiliation.Who have immense love and mercy and impartiality.Who care more about faith and love than policies,Christ and truth than manmade literature, treating fellow human beings with dignity and not using unwarranted labelling and possessing fear of men's legalistic retribution.THAT is NOT Christian freedom. That is fear created through propaganda, deception, controlling policies and heaps of intellectual intimidation by men.

Essentially, this blog is to emphasize to JW's that God allows an operation of error to occur if one listens to men over his Son,violating his principles boldly. This goes for ANYONE who tries to qualify Jesus's statements of truth throughout the NT,including trinitarians.Because one has no idea if one is under this operation of error, the only remedy is listening to Jesus and Yah in scripture alone through prayer, purging all your preconceptions and opinions you initially got from from MEN.When Jesus talks, listen.Don't qualify his words.Don't read into them a theology you got from a secular book or publication.Take the vast majority of texts and interpret the bible in light of those instead of isolating a few with many interpretive possibilities and trying to make the entire bible fit them with special pleading everywhere you turn.

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and will turn aside to myths" (2 Tim. 4:3-4).

Examples of the above:a separation of Christians into two destinations and folds,a triune entity as the Only True God as opposed to the father of Christ, mediators between Christ and men, eternal agony in flames and unkillable souls as opposed to being GIFTED immortality only if you're righteous and perishing if you're wicked.

The bible itself says to study the bible diligently(nothing about manmade literature in there being the lens through which to assess it)and that God's spirit will lead one into all truth(nothing about men doing it better.)If one "makes sure of all things" as instructed and rightfully ignores the WT's admonition that it is dangerous to study independently, then the "operation of error" may fall from your eyes when you abandon your blind guides. No point in saying they aren't blind.Sometimes their light flickers so they must not be able to see perfectly ;-).Jesus's light doesn't flicker. He's the "true light",your only mediator, your ONLY savior.Like a charismatic cult leader, the "organization" becomes JW's Messiah and savior. When it says "jump" either they jump or get discarded and abused.Freedom in Christ is your answer. If you seek and find that, nothing else compares.

The Faithful and Discreet Slave and Watchtower hypocrisy

This blog was inspired by the book "In Search of Christian Freedom"(by former governing body member Ray Franz) that I am not very far into yet. It's a big book! It's really great so far though!

Charles Taze Russell said in 1881:"Must I not join some organization on earth, assent to some creed and have my name written on earth? No,remember that Jesus is your pattern and teacher, and neither in his words nor acts will you find any authority for binding yourselves with creeds and traditions of the elders, which will tend to make the word of God to no effect."(Mark 7:13.)

So this blog isn't to suggest that Charles Taze Russell would actually approve of all that this organization has become, but rather to emphasize the origin of it and question why it is perfectly ok to the rank and file Jehovah's Witnesses when their leadership discourages "touching an unclean thing" with a "bad origin" to embrace the organization that actually has a bad origin with unclean things according to its own literature and the principles it heralds?

So who EXACTLY are the faithful and discreet slave in the parable?(quoting myself here from another blog):
I am going to assume like most Christians that all true Christians are "slaves" of Christ, and that if they are "faithful and discreet",caring for one another (and also caring for those who need to hear the gospel and be cared for spiritually and even materially, emotionally, and physically) and handling the word of truth aright, then they are "faithful and discreet slaves."There is nothing in the texts to suggest that it is the men in the higher echalons of the Watchtower bible and tract society.Changing light is neither inspired nor discreet when it has resulted in mishandled sheep.

1 Peter 4:10:As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of Gods varied grace

Hmm..doesn't sound like any Christian is excluded from stewardship.

The WT obviously made up what they say it is to have an excuse for a few men in NY to control millions of peoples' thinking & to have great authority over them.I'm not suggesting these men know any better.I think they're as deceived as the rank and file JW's and actually believe God is using them no matter how many times it's been proven He isn't.God allows an operation of error to overcome people who don't listen to His Son.

"From this it is clearly seen that the editor and publisher of Zion's Watch Tower disavowed any claim to being individually, in his person, that "faithful and wise servant." He never did claim to be such," ("God's Kingdom of a Thousand Years Has Approached," 1973, p. 346).

This contradicts Watchtower December 1, 1919, p. 357 :"Thousands of the readers of Pastor Russell's writings believe that he filled the office of 'that faithful and wise servant,' and that his great work was giving to the household of faith meat in due season. His modesty and humility precluded him from openly claiming this title, but he admitted as much in private conversation," (Watchtower, Dec. 1, 1919, p. 357).

I know JW's will attempt to chalk this up to new light and progressive revelation,in the fact that NOW they say all anointed people in the WT society are the "faithful and discreet slave class",but one must remember that God supposedly chose the JW's as his people and sole channel when it was so full of error that there would have been no reason for him to choose it over any other.Basically,JW's believe any horrific error they make is perfectly fine..it's others errors whose aren't that they must expose. And if anyone exposes theirs, then that person is labelled and fit for destruction, because no one can survive Armageddon without being a member of the WT organization, according to its own literature..

"Survival of individuals today depends on their faith and their loyal association with the earthly part of Jehovah's universal organization." WT 5/15/2006 p.22 "Are You Prepared for Survival?"

"The WT Society's teaching is that a "slave class" has had a continuous, uninterrupted existence from its beginning in 33 A.D. until the present time."p.127 "In Search of Christian Freedom" by Ray Franz

The WT society advances the absurd concept that God has always fed his people as an organization, ignoring the fact that small groups and individuals can actually be "fed" without an enormous billion dollar a year organized society.Ignoring the bible's emphasis on God's attention given to individuals, judging them on individual basises and the fact that the 1st century fellowships were humble home ones and Jesus threatened to remove their lamps individually.

Acts 10:35:in every nation the MAN(as opposed to only members of particular organizations) that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.

JW's pretend it is perfectly fine that their founder taught many things they're ashamed of now and prefer not to acknowledge, that God never taught that an organization is required for salvation and spiritual food dispension, and that Christians survived without it right up until a little over 100 yrs. ago. They make excuses for this by saying IN THE LAST days true knowledge would become abundant,as if the organization is true knowledge and Jesus Christ wasn't the truth for millions before the society strolled along. As if their lies and false predictions are perfectly acceptable because of some bizarre concept that the organization is the truth anyway,no matter what! And how dare anyone question that, right?

"The historical reality of such a premise,of any close-knit,interrelated,composite body down through the centuries constituting the sole recipient of Christ's feeding and thereby becoming the sole channel of instruction from God for all Christians everywhere,is NOWHERE demonstrated or documented. It is simply asserted. The interpretation advanced and the organizational stance taken REQUIRES it.The WT's publications make NO attempt to identify such a channel, offering as a reason that the entrance of apostasy "obscured" the identification of the "faithful and discreet slave class."So,the existence of such a "channel"during that period is simply assumed."p.128 "In Search of Christian Freedom" by Ray Franz

I guess I'll ask the JW's..Who was the channel before the WT society's inception, since they claim there has always been one?And why was it ok for Charles Russell to be identified as the sole man who was this faithful and discreet slave if there has always been a larger class?Recognize any inconsistency yet?

"The WT,despite its claims that there has ALWAYS been one, cannot find ANYTHING that would fit its description as ,to quote Ray,"a single, ongoing "faithful and discreet slave" class,a homogenous,close-knit,collective group functioning down through the centuries as the one and only feeding source for generation after generation of all genuine Christians in all places. Why not show at least those links of "the faithful and discreet slave" that would connect Russell and his founding of the WT society in 1881?"p. 128

Interestingly,to try and obscure the fact that it is misleading to identify a "faithful and discreet slave class" within a worldwide organization who are God's supposed sole channel that MUST be identified and has in fact existed throughout time for Christians, the WT has actually mentioned people like the Waldenses and Anabaptists, conveniently ignoring the VAST differences in doctrinal opinions.Even though they believed in the trinity and the immortality of the soul etc.In other words, the WT,to cover it's deceptions, pulled whatever it could out of a hat in a futile attempt to support their idea of this organized faithful slave sole channel always existing,as they assert it has.Obviously,it hasn't.Certainly not in the way they've established it!

"The bible is an organizational book and belongs to the Christian congregation as an organization, not to individuals, regardless of how sincerely they may believe that they can interpret the bible. For this reason the BIBLE CANNOT BE PROPERLY UNDERSTOOD WITHOUT JEHOVAH'S VISIBLE ORGANIZATION IN MIND."-WT 10/1/67 p.587

After an assertion like that, this BEGS the question:How,as a JW, can you trust that the foundation of this organization, and that,my friends would be the independent and private study of Charles Taze Russell its founder,is stable or acceptable given that this entire idea wholeheartedly contradicts WT principles that no one could possibly understand scripture without a class of men in an organization? In other words, can you recognize how ridiculous it is to be a member of an organization founded on independent bible study that forbids it for you?How could Russell reintroduce biblical truths that had been lost without Jehovah's sole channel of communication? And why would there need to be a reintroduction of these truths to begin with if there had always been a faithful and discreet slave class as the WT asserts?!Wouldn't that in essence mean that Charles Taze wouldn't have had to revive any truth at all..that it would be a consistent given thing as the WT claims it has?And isn't the truth Jesus Christ and not an organization at all?If so,and I can assure you he is,then why is YOUR truth an organization and not the Messiah himself?Would we be safer "in Christ" or in an organization chockfull of false haughty lofty claims, deception, and mistreatment of sheep, all wrapped up in a pretty package because of the good that DOES exist there like an angel of light?I trust Christ implicitly.I don't trust men implicitly. What about you?

"In its efforts to deny that Jesus Christ is now dealing,or would EVER deal with individuals apart from an organization,a unique "channel",the teaching produces an untenable position. It also claims that Christ did precisely that in dealing with Russell as an individual apart from any organization..This facet of their carefully constructed teaching about "the faithful and discreet slave class" proves to be a mere "house of cards" which their own statements cause to fall flat."p. 132

How,as a JW,can you in good conscience not see the discrepancy and hypocrisy here? Can you at the very least understand why some of us have "crisises of consciences?"And does it really make someone an apostate to be a Christian without a worldwide organization controlling one with manmade policies and intellectual intimidation, threats and unwarranted dogmatisms? If so,then wasn't Charles Taze Russell an apostate? And if you're commanded by the men you implicitly trust to avoid all things with negative origins, then wouldn't a man independently studying scripture establishing the very organization you think you need to save you be something to avoid like the plague, given the fact that independent bible study leads to apostate doctrines and negative findings according to the society you think is your savior?

"They say that it is sufficient to read the Bible exclusively, either alone or in small groups at home. But, strangely, through such 'Bible reading,' they have reverted right back to the apostate doctrines that commentaries by Christendom's clergy were teaching 100 years ago."(WT; 8/15/1981; p.29)

Yet that's the VERY foundation & origin of the WT society. What an enormous discrepancy!

"The Bible cannot be properly understood without Jehovah's visible organization in mind." (w67 10/1 p. 587)

YET that's exactly what the society's founder did!

"Let us face the fact that no matter how much Bible reading we have done, we would never have learned the truth on our own." (w90 12/1 p. 19)"

Even though the truth is Jesus and the men in the WT organization pilfer his sole titles and roles?

"To hold to the headship of Christ, it is therefore necessary to obey the organization that he is personally directing. Doing what the organization says is to do what he says. Resisting the organization is to resist him."WT 5/01/1959..

Sounds like the Pope's claims!!And if you DON'T think the organization is your savior, then why do you belong to it when it says it is?And why do you label and shun people who know it's not?

John 14:6:Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

John 10:1"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter by the door(which is Christ as opposed to an organization that says Christ isn't your door but that they are!) into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up SOME OTHER WAY he is a thief and a robber."

In other words,if you think you need ANYONE but Jesus to reach the father and find salvation, you've been deceived by men,who Yah tells us NOT to put our faith in.We ARE allowed to question them,ESPECIALLY if they've proven they need to be.

My viddie on this..YEP my accent is ATROCIOUS!At least it's distinctive ;-)

Are there 2 SEPARATE hopes for Christians?(a Watchtower interpretation issue regarding "little flock" and "other sheep") pt.2

Now that I have made all the points I have made thus far,the rest of their proof texts are SIMPLY explained..

Let's move on to the next set they use to support this "two class system" for Christians:

Luke 12:32 “Have no fear, little flock, because your Father has approved of giving you the kingdom. (they say little flock corresponds with 144,000,the anointed bride of Christ)

John 10:16: “And I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring, and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd."(They say other sheep corresponds with the great crowd and are the kingdom subjects and not able to be in Christ or born again or to reign with Christ..etc..but must instead count on Christ's anointed brothers to mediate for them.Ultimately, they believe how they treat the "little flock" will determine whether or not they get to survive Armageddon. Most of them believe they are the "other sheep.")

Almost every commentary I have seen, and I agree with them, admit that the little flock are the Jews to whom Jesus is speaking. There won't be many natural Jews to inherit the kingdom in comparison to the "other sheep" which are the gentiles. It is such an easy and natural explanation.Sometimes even if a JW admits this they insist on STILL interpolating another interpretation/application,saying that the Jews symbolize spiritual Israel and the Gentiles the great crowd, again assuming they're not the SAME CROWD.JW's also ignore that scripture says they will become one flock..which to me certainly in no ways implies a separate flock,a separate destiny,a separate hope.Yet,they expect you to suspend your disbelief and admit that the one flock just means that they're all sheep of Christ's even though they'll be separated.Their interpretation AGAIN here demands that they utterly ignore that the gentiles are grafted in with the Jews..no longer begging for crumbs from the table of the Jews(Mark 7:27,28),but rather now partaking of the same spiritual feast.Just to reiterate..the other sheep ,aka the gentiles, are allowed in the same flock with the Jews now and considered brothers of Christ's also,as there is no longer any partiality toward the Jews to the exclusion of others from Yaheweh for the SAME blessings.

One is reminded of :
Ephesians 2:13 But now in union with Christ Jesus you who were once far off have come to be near by the blood of the Christ. 14 For he is our peace, he who made the two parties one and destroyed the wall in between that fenced them off. 15 By means of his flesh he abolished the enmity, the Law of commandments consisting in decrees, that he might create the two peoples in union with himself into one new man and make peace; 16 and that he might fully reconcile both peoples in one body to God through the torture stake, because he had killed off the enmity by means of himself. 17 And he came and declared the good news of peace to you, the ones far off, and peace to those near, 18 because through him we, both peoples, have the approach to the Father by one spirit.

Both peoples(Jews and gentiles) now can approach by ONE spirit in union the father,as opposed to only one group being allowed to do this. The wall is destroyed and the flock is one. There is no way this advocates a separation in any capacity.

Zechariah 8:23:‘It will be in those days that ten men out of all the languages of the nations will take hold, yes, they will actually take hold of the skirt of a man who is a Jew, saying: “We will go with you people, for we have heard [that] God is with you people.”

JW's will say that the Jews are spiritual Israel, which to them means a literal few men in the WT Organization currently and that those taking hold of their skirts are everyone else in the WT organization. The JW's profess that these will not have the same reward nor the same hope, that those taking hold of the skirt are the other sheep, the great crowd, who will live on earth and be kingdom subjects. That the Jews are a little flock, the 144,000,who will reign over them from heaven.First of all, this has already been fulfilled.Second of all,if we must give it a second application, then it would have to be the non Jews, the Gentiles, recognizing that God is either with the faithful natural Jews or with spiritual Israel who they are welcome to join if they recognize where one needs to be in order to be accepted as a member. And if they're skirt-clinging,then obviously they do.In Christ's body, open to ALL faithful Jews, faithful gentiles, faithful people after Christ,as made obvious throughout the NT.If one takes ahold of another's skirt, that means you will essentially get to the SAME destination, not two separate destinations.Again, just like the Gentile woman begging for crumbs from the table of the Jews, those taking hold of the skirts are no longer excluded from the SAME feast. As opposed to two separate feasts.Welcomed at the SAME table,as opposed to two separate tables, the large one full of people serving the others at the smaller table who wear crowns as they obey them. That's just not the reality.Same hope, same reward.Even in the OT the foreigners who went with the Jews received the same blessings as the Isreaelites if they conformed to their laws.Christ is our ONLY priest and mediator now and when we become Christian we are promised the opportunity to reign with him in his kingdom, not just a few of us.It's really so simple.

Examine the following:Matthew 25:31 “When the Son of man arrives in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit down on his glorious throne. 32 And all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 And he will put the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. 34 “Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world. 35 For I became hungry and you gave me something to eat; I got thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you received me hospitably; 36 naked, and you clothed me. I fell sick and you looked after me. I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous ones will answer him with the words, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty, and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and receive you hospitably, or naked, and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to you?’ 40 And in reply the king will say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, To the extent that you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

JW's say the brothers are Christ's brothers and the sheep are those who are good to them but that they can't ALSO become brothers.I think there are 2 possible interpretations here..number 1.If the sheep are not already, they will become brothers. It would be special pleading to suggest they don't.Examine also the following:

Matthew 10:41 He that receives a prophet because he is a prophet will get a prophet’s reward, and he that receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man will get a righteous man’s reward.

I know JW's will say the reward is everlasting life, and I would agree.BUT it has to be read INTO the text that they don't simply receive the SAME reward just as stated, born again in Christ unto salvation, which is certainly what the texts suggest, never hinting at the same reward "only not really."As a JW,why do you think there are 3 groups:brothers, sheep and goats? Why do you think the brothers won't be on the left side with the sheep and if they aren't,then where are they? Also, how do you know that when Jesus decides to put them on his left side he doesn't then consider them brothers and that if someone is good to them like they were good to his disciples before they became one, that that person who is won't also become a sheep/brother?And it IS bias inference to say those good to Christ's brothers when Christ approves them don't also become his brothers.I know JW's will start thinking "other sheep are the sheep here"..but the other sheep becomes one fold with the little flock of real Jews.Meaning SAME FOLD.No separate folds possible. No separate hopes hinted but by men misusing texts here and there to prove a theology system that is false and completely unsupported by the glaring majority of texts, and the few that they think do don't either upon examination and without special pleading..JW's using Zech. 8:23 and "other sheep" from John 10:16 to support their view here is based entirely upon having a false view of THOSE.They actually support MY view. The gentiles are grafted in with the Jews into the SAME fold, the SAME flock.

2nd possible interpretation here:Jesus is talking to those who are his brothers who have been good to their fellow brothers.

Examine:
Matthew 20:26 This is not the way among you; but whoever wants to become great among you must be your minister, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave

Jesus commanded that his brothers receive one another graciously, serve one another humbly, and to put others before themselves. So who's to say he wasn't talking about his brothers receiving their rewards for treating ONE ANOTHER well and receiving one another as they should, with exceptional love among themselves?Another quick interesting point:JW's apply "inheriting the kingdom" almost always to the "little flock"..these texts say the sheep will inherit the kingdom. So according to how they generally incorporate terminology to convey information, the sheep in this scenario will get the same reward as the little flock,if they're consistent with their ideas..The only ones in view here are sheep, goats and angels.NOT brothers who aren't sheep, sheep, goats and angels. The other sheep, aka the gentiles, join the same fold, again, which in no way connotes a few in heaven & the majority left on earth.(It's far fetched and unjustified to make such a bold claim, leaping some place far away from what the texts simply communicate.)

Lastly,let's examine

Romans 8:18 Consequently I reckon that the sufferings of the present season do not amount to anything in comparison with the glory that is going to be revealed in us. 19 For the eager expectation of the creation is waiting for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will but through him that subjected it, on the basis of hope 21 that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22 For we know that all creation keeps on groaning together and being in pain together until now. 23 Not only that, but we ourselves also who have the firstfruits, namely, the spirit, yes, we ourselves groan within ourselves, while we are earnestly waiting for adoption as sons, the release from our bodies by ransom.

Briefly,I'll go over the main points.JW's say that the groaning creation is anyone outside the 144,000 who are waiting for the literal 144,000 men to be revealed as sons of God so that eventually they too can be set free and and have glorious freedom as God's children, though not adopted as sons to reign with Christ the same way the very few are..My opinion is that the creation, since it is referred to in the past tense, would be all men BEFORE Christ.ALL those after him have the opportunity to be adopted as sons of God,sealed with his spirit.Firstfruits simply means that these men were the first ones to receive the promised and life changing holy spirit securing their adoption and testifying to their place in Christ's body.It doesn't mean there will be afterfruits who can't have the same, but only that they're the first ones to receive it.

Examine:1 Corinthians 15:22, 23: “In Christ shall all be made alive. But
every man in his own order: Christ, the firstfruits; afterwards they that are Christ’s at his coming

So we can discern from these texts that Christ is identified ALONE as firstfruits, but that certainly doesn't mean his brethren after him will not receive the same hope of reigning or of immortality!

As for a releasing from their bodies, since elsewhere we have assurance that our bodies will be CLOTHED with imperishability,it must simply mean that we will be released from the worldly and sinful flesh to which we're all bound till our resurrection when we will be given a "spiritual body" as opposed to a "natural body."Changed, transformed in "the twinkling of an eye."

Philippians 3:20 As for us, our citizenship exists in the heavens, from which place also we are eagerly waiting for a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who will refashion our humiliated body to be conformed to his glorious body according to the operation of the power that he has, even to subject all things to himself.

Apparently, our bodies will then be clothed with glory and imperishability. As for our citizenship being in heaven, again,he probably meant that,in correlation with earthly things NOW being of this current Satanic world, that the heavenly kingdom only exists in heaven as of now.And so that is where we need to rest our hope.We also know that soon it will descend to the earth when "the kingdom of this world becomes the kingdom of our Lord and his Christ."(Rev 11:15)Essentially,again,it doesn't demand we fly away to heaven but that the heavens will descend to us and over us so that a heavenly kingdom can be established on a "new earth.":-)

Don't let blind guides nullify Christ's invitations to you,a part of his Bride if you'll only listen to HIS voice.(As opposed to men who deny you his voice, inexplicably, eisegetically, and hazardously.)

Matthew 25:1 “Then the kingdom of the heavens will become like ten virgins that took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish, and five were discreet. 3 For the foolish took their lamps but took no oil with them, 4 whereas the discreet took oil in their receptacles with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom was delaying, they all nodded and went to sleep. 6 Right in the middle of the night there arose a cry, ‘Here is the bridegroom! Be on your way out to meet him.’ 7 Then all those virgins rose and put their lamps in order. 8 The foolish said to the discreet, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are about to go out.’ 9 The discreet answered with the words, ‘Perhaps there may not be quite enough for us and you. Be on your way, instead, to those who sell it and buy for yourselves.’ 10 While they were going off to buy, the bridegroom arrived, and the virgins that were ready went in with him to the marriage feast; and the door was shut. 11 Afterwards the rest of the virgins also came, saying, ‘Sir, sir, open to us!’ 12 In answer he said, ‘I tell you the truth, I do not know you.’

I know the qualifications the WT society imposes upon these inspired texts..but where does JESUS or anyone else in the bible provide you ANY reason not to trust that scriptures like these apply to all Christians?Be ready.Be discreet.

Matt 23:13:“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men; for you yourselves do not go in, neither do you permit those on their way in to go in.

How can you be ready and discreet like you need to be with all your life if you trust men that tell you the very texts that demand this don't even apply to you?Don't trust men over Christ!Or Christ MAY say:

‘I tell you the truth, I do not know you.’

Are there 2 SEPARATE hopes for Christians?(a Watchtower interpretation issue regarding "little flock" and "other sheep") pt.1

Much of these interpretations are personal conjecture based upon reasoning and scriptural revelation, without the WT lens or men making me ignore Christ's words and much of the NT in application to me and most people.I say conjecture simply because I refuse to pretend that we all know everything perfectly and that there aren't other possibly valid thoughts out there!I can say with sheer confidence, however, that the WT interpretation is not plausible unless Christ truly only spoke to 144,000 men.But such a notion was NEVER qualified nor hinted.I thank the few people who helped me realize many things that I had as much assumed once I started reading scripture alone prayerfully, those who helped me clarify a few questions and bring the truth into greater focus.I feel blessed for your help and kindness and am truly grateful.

All Christians after Christ can be sealed with God's spirit! What a dangerous thing to listen to men who tell you that you can't be in utter contradiction to the pertinent biblical revelation that you CAN.It should be a given based on scriptural revelation that any Christian after Christ may have this opportunity and blessing..Lest a JW should assess this information and STILL insist that even though gentiles become one flock with the Jews, they could still just together symbolize Spiritual Israel and there are yet others who aren't allowed to be,that JW is going to need better proof than just the WT society telling him so.It would be sound and perspicacious and in fact life saving to listen to Jesus Christ himself instead. His invitations are for you.He never qualified that they aren't.So don't let men do so.

Don't throw Jesus's words away assuming they're for a VERY few men.He said in my father's house(Christ's body) there are MANY mansions. He wants to prepare a place for you.It is in violation of Yaheweh's principles to implicitly put faith in men, especially if they contradict his Son in ANY way.You have ONE mediator and it isn't a group of men in NY.You have one savior and it isn't an organization.Though their rhetoric and insistences may seem sound on the surface,it is only because we can all easily be deceived if we put implicit faith in blind guides. For the same reason James White sounds reasonable to a Calvinist, for the same reason Athanasius sounds reasonable to a trinitarian..that is why the Governing body sounds reasonable to a JW.That reason would be that one doesn't listen to Jesus's simple words and the bible's overall revealed succint truths beacause he's letting men drown its voice. The solution is to simply listen to Yaheweh and His Son,using reason and exercising humility, while being willing to sacrifice the words of men when they hinder your journey toward faith, truth, and love with tradition, policies, and fallacies that clearly contradict scripture's overreaching revelations.

I am going to go over a few supposed proof texts that Jehovah's Witnesses incorporate in their insistence that there are a literal 144,000 adopted from the earth to rule as kings and priests with Christ in heaven OVER a "great crowd" who will reside right here on earth forever. In other words, they propagate a "two separate hopes" theology for Christians, with just a literal few Christians going to heaven as Christ's anointed brothers and everyone else living here. For the majority of Christians(and they believe Jehovah's Witnesses are the only true Christians) Christ IS NOT their mediator nor their brother but rather the 144,000(who they believe are a select few men in the upper echalons of the WT organization) are their mediator and kings, their "faithful and discreet slave class" who they think Christ is using to feed them spiritually, who they think they actually need before they can reach Christ. They believe they must cling to the coattails of these men if they wish to see salvation.Even though scripture says there is NO mediator but Christ between God and man.In other words, they don't believe the bible's explicit statement about Christ's unqualified sole role as mediator...Though I am not dogmatic about any interpretation that I am about to present ..I consider the reasoning I will use superior to the WT's.Hopefully,I will be able to provide reasons why in the process.Let me begin by also saying that Jesus and the NT writers offer succint compelling and heart-tugging statements throughout the NT that only eisegesis of the highest order could dictate that they are only made for a literal 144,000 men.Surely 144,000 Christians would've been gathered LONG ago..WT speculations on this matter are confounding since they REALLY believe that men totalling 144,000 worthy to be Christ's brothers STILL haven't been found. And that currently they are only found within the WT organization and nowhere else.As if there haven't been countless martyrs and true servants throughout time after Christ, logically far exceeding the 144,000 mark.

Let's begin this analysis of their theology system on these matters with Revelation chapter 7.

Verse 4 says "And I heard the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel"..then it goes on to name those tribes,12,000 from each.JW's will readily admit that the tribes and even the numbers in the tribes are symbolic. After all ,revelation is a book of symbols. Then they go on to insist that 144,000 ISN'T symbolic, which is an inexplicable discrepancy and diversion from their believing the other numbers are.I don't know how the leap is made from everything being symbolic BUT the 144,000,except that they want to manipulate the texts to conform to their system of theology about this "two class system."This allows them to draw on OTHER texts that they can manipulate to also conform, essentially misleading people with eisegesis and rhetoric that SEEMS sound perhaps on the surface, but only if one doesn't read the bible and OTHER commentaries besides those of the WT that actually make more sense. That actually adhere to Christ's obvious succint and beautiful truths throughout the NT,without the WT lens corrupting their purity and detrimentally erasing their application for the VAST majority of Christians.Christ never qualifies that his invitations to his bride are for a LITERAL few Christians only,or that his saying you have NO life in you if you don't "feed on his flesh and drink of his blood" is only applicable to a minute minority of his servants.Christ also said you're fruitless and will be burned up with fire if you aren't "in him",a privilege the WT society claims belongs only to a very few of them.Which to me suggests that most of them(if they believe these men!) cannot be fruitful or even continue living long, according to Christ.Revelation chapter 7,after declaring these tribes, goes on to say in verses 9-11:

9 After these things I saw, and, look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands. 10 And they keep on crying with a loud voice, saying: “Salvation [we owe] to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb.” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshiped God

Couple more facts about the WT interpretation of these..They say that the 24 elders in heaven represent the 144,000 in their heavenly stations, because elsewhere revelation says they have on crowns(4:4).Before proceeding, let me reiterate again that these are my OPINIONS that I am NOT dogmatic about.I don't believe this to be the case simply because it has to be read INTO the text that crowns always mean "anointed brethren."The fact that they bear the name "elders" suggests and connotes to me that they are ancient, perhaps elder angels(or other creatures) of God's who hold very special positions due to their age and wisdom.Which would make sense because Christ is given the most exceptional exaltation of all as the most ancient of God's Sons.Their crowns could simply signify some type of authority God has delegated to them.We must also keep in mind that God's earthly temple order is modeled after his heavenly, suggesting to me he would have elders in heaven as our model here..Again,this IS conjecture.Another point I would like to get out of the way is that to my knowledge and in my opinion, all the texts that people use to prove that Christians go to heaven don't necessarily do so.The language God uses to communicate doesn't DEMAND this.He uses phrases like "kingdom of the heavens" and NOT "kingdom IN heaven".Revelation says that New Jerusalem descends over the earth to bless it,so who's to say the kingdom of the heavens isn't on this earth as heaven descends over it,blessing it benevolently?(21:10)..It "comes down FROM heaven."The blessings are here on earth, ultimately.I am not suggesting that Christians' new "imperishable" bodies won't be able to access heaven..I don't think scripture is clear enough to assume whether that would be possible or not.But my conjecture is that the main hope for mankind is an eternal life in Edenic type conditions on a "new earth."God placed it within our hearts to desire peace here and created us to inhabit and care for the earth. And his grand purposes always get fulfilled.(Is. 55:11)

Let's examine Matt 5:5 “Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth. and then verse 10 “Happy are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, since the kingdom of the heavens belongs to them."

It would be odd(and I could be wrong) if Jesus was suggesting two different locations of residence for Christians with the SAME HOPE as ONE FOLD.ALL Christians should be meek and will be persecuted for righteousness' sake.So the kingdom OF(as opposed to in) the heavens & the blessed new earth blessed by heaven may be the same place.

Another argument of the WT's is that the anointed brothers are adopted FROM the earth which the WT insists means that they are obviously going to heaven.Again, that notion has to be read INTO the text. The text simply states the location from which Christ adopts them.(the earth)

Also, our being adopted from THIS earth, since God's kingdom isn't fully manifest here yet, except that Christ resides in Christians, connotes our alien residence in a world that isn't really "the new heavens and the NEW earth" which will soon manifest itself. Our being adopted means we will have the right to freedom in God's new kingdom as sons and daughters of God when this earth becomes the kingdom of our Lord and His Christ. We're no longer sons & daughters of THIS world, which is lying in Satan's power, but are instead imminent recipients of a much greater beneficent & beatific calling.

Ephesians 4:4 One body there is, and one spirit, even as you were called in the one hope to which you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;

Notice these texts say "ONE hope,one faith,one baptism"..not two hopes,one faith,two baptisms.

Which is relevant to the point I am about to make in regards to Revelation chapter 7again..

The JW's will argue that the 144,000 men have to be a different group than the following great crowd because the symbolic tribes represent Spirtual Israel and the great crowd are from ALL nations and tribes and tongues and peoples to differentiate them from the 144,000.But to insist that this is the way these texts must be viewed is to COMPLETELY ignore that spiritual Israel, which the symbolic tribes represent are from every tribe, tongue, people and nation,as God is no longer partial. So the most natural implication for me is that the great crowd of people from all nations, again, are the very ones spiritual Israel symbolizes right before they're mentioned in this book of symbols.Christ opened the way for this..remember?The gentiles and ALL nations could suddenly have the SAME hope.Yes,the great crowd IS probably spiritual Israel, symbolically represented BY the tribes, apropos.

Basically, the WT separation here is unwarranted. After John saw the 144,000 he saw a great crowd, suggesting to me personally that they are the SAME group. And this isn't my opinion alone. Many biblical scholars and students have come to the same conclusion. We know that these are the ones who come out of the great tribulation! And Jehovah's Witnesses say that the 144,000 with the heavenly hope are the "chosen ones","the elect."In light of this, let's examine Matthew chapter 24 where we read in verse 22 In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short. ..The WT assumes that the "elect" left on earth at the time of the Great Tribulation will undergo the sufferings of the tribulation and that is how they explain away the implications in this verse. But,to me,a more plausible explanation would be that,in correlation with Matt 24:22,those coming out of the tribulation from Revelation ch 7 (the great crowd!)are the SAME ones ,aka "the elect",for whom God cut those days short. As if,assuming there was a SEPARATE hope like JW's do,God wouldn't also want to cut those days short for those who he loves who aren't of the elect. As if he would for the elect but not the "other sheep",which the WT says are not the elect but the ones who follow them and treat them well and cling to their coattails & hence secure their salvation. In other words,he doesn't mention cutting the days short for anyone who isn't the elect suggesting that he cuts the days short for the them(simply),and that would be the great crowd who comes out of the great tribulation.

Examine:Revelation 7:14:These are the ones that come out of the great tribulation(correlating with Matthew 24:22,again), and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 That is why they are before the throne of God; and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread his tent over them.

According to JW theology, the great crowd are only on the temple's COURTYARDS,and not allowed in the temple because they say the temple is heaven and the earth is the courtyards. So to explain the implications that would leave for these texts away, they simply say that:

(From Wt 9/1 2006:) "Revelation 7:9-15 gives further details, telling of “a great crowd” from “all nations” who gather in worship and prayer to God “day and night” as they stand in the OUTER COURTYARD of the spiritual temple."

So I guess I'll simply ask the JW's..where does Revelation 7:15 remotely imply "outer courtyards" of the temple but by the insistence and eisegesis of men?I don't know why God's great spiritual temple can't include the earth when it too will be holy and new and clean as New Jerusalem descends over it,becoming "one" with it.Jehovah's Witnesses actually go into the NT assuming that the same partiality God afforded to the Israelites in the OT carries over to the New,even though the bible makes this CLEAR:

Acts 10:34:Peter opened his mouth and said: “For a certainty I perceive that God is not partial, 35 but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him."

Of course,God opened the way for the Gentiles to receive the SAME blessings the faithful Israelites enjoyed, with NO partiality. So why JW's insist there is STILL a blockage to most men in relation to God's granting the ultimate Christian blessings to them when this isn't even implied is beyond me.Scripture makes it abundantly clear that Gentiles will be "grafted into" the same favor, the same fold(and have the same hope!) the faithful Jews enjoy.(Rom 11:17-24)Otherwise,what were Peter's visions regarding what was unclean being made clean and Pentecost(the list goes on)all about?Remember..ONE hope.In other words,Jehovah's witnesses assuming that the gentiles symbolize the "great crowd" of Christians who cannot possibly be anointed and only allowed in the "outer courtyards" and the Jews symbolizing "spiritual Israel" who can be anointed and allowed access where the majority aren't propagates the partiality that God eradicated with Christ's death and this essentially nullifies His invitation to all for the SAME HOPE.This invitation,of course,is for those after Christ to be kings and priests. Some of those BEFORE CHRIST who are most favored with God will, according to scripture,be "princes" in all the earth.

Psalm 45:16: In place of your forefathers there will come to be your sons,Whom you will appoint as princes in all the earth.

Faithful Christians after Christ are ALL offered the invitations to be his brothers and to reign with him.

So WHO exactly will be "kingdom subjects?"All those before Christ I'm assuming because they will need to learn about him and be guided to the truth and fulfillment of all things, the great Amen,Christ, by those faithful who had the privilege to already be exposed to all we know now as Christians in him. It's always possible, and this is conjecture, that there will be some who die after Christ who didn't have the opportunity to be born again yet and so will also be kingdom subjects. But the whole point is that if you're a mature Christian,I can't find an excuse in scripture not to be in Christ, born again, feeding on him,and accepting his invitations. There is no way anyone but a Jehovah's Witness, because of repetition in their literature and an elaborate system of inference from a misuse of a select few texts, would assume Christ and the apostles' words throughout the NT just simply cannot apply to them. There is literally NO qualification anywhere to suggest they don't.It is actually ridiculous to read most of what the NT says and say "welp..that's not for me!"Scripture doesn't say it was written for us ,just not all of us.The OT partiality was made obsolete.

In part 2,I will cover other WT "proof texts" that they isolate to try and support this "two hope theology" system.Stay tuned.

Poison in The Passion of the Christ

I know this is long(almost 80 mins.) but I think it is important because so many Christians LOVE this film.(I did!)I think this man,Mark Woodman, provides adequate and convincing evidence that this IS a Satanic film.Especially if you already know anything at all about this world, the spirits behind it & behind Catholicism, and the Luciferian agenda of people in high places.(I don't care who thinks I'm a "conspiracy theorist"..it isn't like scripture didn't let us know we have a battle going on between Christians and "wicked spirit forces in high places!"(Eph. 6:10-13) If you want to watch it on youtube, go to youtube channel NylaRossini and you will see the uploads.
